Cheshire West and Chester SCP provides multi-agency safeguarding and child protection online procedures which can be accessed via the link below. We work with our Pan-Cheshire equivalents in Halton, Warrington and Cheshire East to produce, where possible, policy and procedures that are consistent across our local borders. Where this is not possible, you will find that any local variations in procedures are accessible at the top of each page for the particularly Pan Cheshire Procedure that you are interested in.

Transfer of Children on Child Protection Plans & Children in Need – North West Inter Authority Agreement / Procedures

Child Protection Conference Appeals
This procedure has been written for children, parents, carers and professionals who have attended a Child Protection Case Conference and are unhappy about the outcome or an aspect of the meeting.
